Tenvia Coworks vs Nexudus
Nexudus is the reference platform for large and multi-location operators, and the one incumbent with a real virtual office module. The differences are how the bill is metered, what the add-ons cost, and how much product a one- or two-person team can actually run.
Who Nexudus is really for
Nexudus is built for mid-size to enterprise operators and landlords: 100-plus desks, several locations, and a team that can own the configuration. It reports 3,000-plus spaces on the platform. If you have a sales team to feed its CRM, contracts to manage and a developer who wants an API, it earns its price. For 100-plus desks it is, fairly, the canonical answer.
Side by side
| Tenvia Coworks | Nexudus | |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Per location. The tier sets the member cap (30 / 150 / 500); staff are never counted | Per location, scaled by active users: anyone invoiced or who booked in the last 30 days |
| Entry price | $95 CAD/month per location (Starter); $175 Growth; $395 Scale. Every feature on every tier | About $150 USD/month per location up to 80 active users; about $194 at 100 |
| Metering | People holding a plan with you, desk or mailbox. Day-pass buyers, room guests, attendees and staff never count | Active users. A workshop where 40 visitors buy a day pass raises next month’s bill |
| Fees on your own sales | None beyond Stripe processing. ViaMeet takes 5% on a room and 3% on a ticket only when the marketplace brought the business | Payment gateway $10/location plus $0.04 per transaction; event tickets $0.50 plus 1% per paid ticket |
| White-label app | No native app. Web portal on your subdomain or custom domain, your logo on documents, a generated website. Emails carry the Tenvia shell | Native white-label member app, $150 USD/month per five locations |
| Virtual mail | Native: mailbox plans, self-service applications, recipient authorizations, scan, forward, hold, shred, per-action fees, dunning. Courier labels are manual until the courier integration ships | Native virtual office module with NexDelivery scan and forward |
| Events and ticketing | Native: ticket types, coupons, registration questions, QR check-in, attendee export, payout 24 hours after the event. No per-ticket fee on direct sales | Native, with the $0.50 plus 1% fee on every paid ticket |
| Multi-location | One account, every location on it. Reports are org-wide; per-site reporting and per-site staff permissions are planned | Yes; the platform is built around multi-site groups |
| CAD billing | Yes. The price list is in Canadian dollars | No. USD, EUR or GBP only |
| Support hours | Included on every tier, no paid support tier | UK time zone; support calls billed at $175 USD/hour; reviewers report slow response for North American clients |
Where Nexudus is stronger today
- Depth: contracts, a full CRM, a marketplace API and HTML-level control of the member portal
- Integrations and an API for a developer to build on. We have no accounting sync yet; it is planned
- A native white-label mobile app for members, as a paid add-on. Ours is a web portal
- A mature virtual office module, proven at scale across thousands of spaces
- Kiosk and check-in hardware modules (NexKiosk), which we do not offer
Where Tenvia Coworks is stronger
- Metered on memberships, not activity: forty workshop visitors change nothing on the bill
- No gateway fee and no per-ticket fee on your own sales
- Priced and billed in Canadian dollars, $95 to 395 per location, every feature included
- Your own domain, a generated website, your logo on documents and unlimited staff, with no add-on
- Support included, no hourly rate
- Built for one person to run: the mail queue, bookings, tickets and the invoice on one client record
What reviewers say about Nexudus
- “Cumbersome, unintuitive and buggy.” (a general manager, Capterra, 2021)
- “Support help is advertised to be 24/7 when in reality it takes anywhere from three days to a week.” (Capterra, 2019)
- “We’re 12 desks. Nexudus quoted us $200/mo plus their setup. I needed a calendar, not a quote.” (an operator, as relayed by OhMyDesk)

Who should pick which
- Pick Nexudus if you run 100-plus desks across several sites, you need contracts and integrations, and you have a team to configure and maintain it.
- Pick Tenvia Coworks if you run a hub or a space of up to a few hundred members, you sell mail and events, and you want the bill to move only when the space grows.
