Security

Your members, your mail, your data.

Member records, mail logs and banking details are the most sensitive things a workspace operator keeps. Tenvia Coworks is built so they stay yours.

Per-workspace isolation

Every record is scoped to your organization. Members, bookings, mail items, invoices and documents are never shared across workspaces, and every request is checked against your organization before anything is read. ViaMeet listings are the one deliberate cross-workspace read, and only for the rooms and events you opt in to publish.

Role-based access

Staff hold one of three roles: Operator, Manager or Admin, each seeing what the role needs. Members sign in to their own portal and see only their own record, bookings, mailbox and invoices. Roles apply across your whole organization today; scoping a staff member to one location is planned and we say so.

Audit history

Every booking carries an audit trail of each transition, who made it and when. Every contact carries an activity timeline. Signed documents keep their signature record. There is no general audit log across the whole system yet, so we do not call it one.

Encryption in transit and at rest for banking details

All traffic between your browser, your members' devices and the platform is encrypted with TLS. Host banking details for payouts are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never store a card number.

Cloud infrastructure

Tenvia Coworks runs on Amazon Web Services: containers on ECS, a managed Postgres database with TLS enforced on every connection, and isolated storage for uploaded photos, scans and documents. Database migrations run and succeed before a release swaps in.

Your data is exportable

Ending a subscription does not forfeit access to your own records. Members, bookings, invoices, mail logs and attendee lists can be exported. They are yours.
