The room is the product. The tickets should not cost you a fifth of it.
Tenvia Coworks runs an event and meeting space that also sells desks: the bigger bookings with deposits and approvals, the ticketing, the QR scan at the door, and the payout the next day, with the venue charge and the tickets on one ledger. Outside guests come in through ViaMeet at 5%, not 20% plus a guest fee.
From $95 CAD per location per month. Unlimited staff. No per-ticket fee on tickets you sell direct.
One event, from the enquiry to the money in the bank.
A venue lives and dies on the bookings that are bigger than an hour. Here is how one runs, and where every piece lands.
The hall is requested
A quote goes out from the record with the layout, the amenities and the add-on fees. You approve it, the deposit is taken, and the date is held. Nobody double-books it by hand.
Tickets go on sale
The registration page carries the ticket types, a coupon for early birds, a sale window and the questions you need answered. Buyers pay by card and get a QR ticket by email.
The door
Staff open the check-in screen on a phone and scan tickets as people arrive. A live count of registered against checked in, and the last scan on screen. The attendee list exports afterwards.
The payout
Twenty-four hours after the event, the ticket revenue pays out net of card processing. The venue charge and the tickets sit on the same ledger, the deposit is settled on its own, and the invoice is on your letterhead.
Bookings, tickets and desks on one record.
Bigger bookings
- Quotes, approvals and holds for the bookings you want to look at first
- Deposits taken up front and settled separately
- Room layouts, amenities and add-on fees per space or per location
- Hourly, four-hour block, full-day and flat rates
- Check-in, in-use, usage review and settlement, with an audit trail on every step
Ticketing
- Ticket types, coupons, sale windows and registration questions
- Public event pages, or embeds into the site you have
- Cover art, duplicate last month’s event, self-close when it is over
- No per-ticket fee on tickets you sell direct, just card processing
QR at the door
- QR ticket on every registration
- Door check-in screen with a live count
- Scanned with the phone you already have
- Attendee CSV and calendar files afterwards
One ledger, one payout
- Venue charge and ticket revenue on the same record
- Payout 24 hours after the event, not three days with a reserve held back
- Invoices, receipts and refund notices as PDFs on your letterhead
- Encrypted banking details for hosts
Member-hosted events
- A member books the room and describes the event in one flow
- Their tickets, their registration page, their QR check-in
- Your room charge, on your ledger
- Desks and memberships for the weeks between events, on the same subscription
Outside guests through ViaMeet
- Opt in per room or per event; anyone can book with guest checkout
- 5% on a room booking that came through ViaMeet, 3% on a ticket, from your side
- 0% on direct bookings, and a returning guest can book you direct at zero
- Deposits never commissioned
The door, live.
Registered against checked in, ticket revenue for the night, and the last scan. It runs on the phone in your pocket, and the count is right when the host asks.
What it does not do.
You will ask in the first demo anyway, so here it is now.
Not our lane
- Not a venue CRM for catering, banquet event orders or floor-plan drawing. Tripleseat and Perfect Venue stay in their lane; keep what you use for the kitchen
- No scanning hardware. The QR is read by the phone camera on the check-in screen; there is no turnstile or handheld scanner integration
On the roadmap
- Accounting sync. Invoices are PDFs and exports today, not a QuickBooks feed
- Door hardware. Today it is door codes on the record; no reader, no lock integration
- Per-site reporting for groups running more than one venue
Planned means planned, not shipped.
What a venue pays today to sell a room and the tickets in it.
The event-first venue is the operator hurt most by marketplace take rates. Add the ticketing fee and the booking tool, and a busy month sends a quarter of the revenue elsewhere.
