For business hubs and executive suites

Mail and rooms pay the bills. Your software still thinks you sell desks.

Tenvia Coworks runs a business centre the way it actually earns: virtual office clients, meeting rooms booked from your own website, a few private offices, and one invoice per client at the end of the month. Built for one to three sites and the people who run them.

From $95 CAD per location per month. Unlimited staff. 0% on your direct business.

The day

Four things that happen in a business centre, and where each one lands.

A centre that runs virtual office properly makes twenty to thirty percent of its revenue from mail and rooms. The point is that every one of these ends up on the same client record and the same invoice.

Mail arrives

The front desk logs the item with a photo. The client sees it in the portal and picks open and scan, forward, hold for pickup, recycle or shred. The fee for the action is queued to their next invoice.

A room is booked from your website

The boardroom sits in an embed on your own site with live availability and your hourly, four-hour and day rates. The guest pays by card, the booking lands on the calendar and on the record, and the door code goes out thirty minutes before.

A client applies for a mailbox

The application comes in through the portal. You review it, record the authorized recipients, approve it, and the box number is assigned from your pool. The plan starts billing on the card on file.

An invoice goes out

At month end the record writes the invoice: the office, the mailbox plan, two scans, the boardroom hours. On your letterhead, charged to the card on file, receipt posted to the portal. If the card fails, a reminder on day seven and the box locks on day ten, while the mail keeps being received.

What it does for you

Virtual office as a product, not a line on the price sheet.

Mail as a product, the Canadian flow

  • Mailbox plans at your retail price, with your box numbering
  • Self-serve application in the portal; you approve
  • Authorized recipients recorded per box, no notary
  • Open and scan, forward, hold, recycle, shred, special handling
  • Per-action fees and forwarding markup on the next invoice
  • Past due: reminder on day seven, box locked on day ten, mail still received

Rooms on your own site

  • Booking embed and a public booking page with live availability
  • Hourly, four-hour block, full-day and flat rates
  • Holds, quotes and approvals for the bookings you want to look at first
  • Room layouts, amenities and add-on fees
  • Door code to the guest thirty minutes before the booking

One invoice per client

  • Office, mailbox, scans and boardroom hours on one document
  • Invoices, receipts, refund notices and credit notes as PDFs on your letterhead
  • Cards on file, recurring billing, your own document numbering
  • Client portal with every receipt and every mail item
  • Companies and the people at them, on one record

No aggregator share

  • Your address, your retail price, your client
  • 0% on every mailbox plan, scan, room and office you sell direct
  • Priced per location, so three sites is three units, not three systems
  • Unlimited staff: reception at every site signs in for nothing

On one screen

The mailroom, as a queue rather than a drawer.

Every item has a client, an action and a status. Applications wait in their own queue. The fees for the month are already sitting on the invoices before you think about them.

Straight answer

What it does not do.

You will ask in the first demo anyway, so here it is now.

Not our lane

  • No Form 1583 or CMRA registration service. That is a US postal requirement. In Canada the authorization and identification you record on the box are yours to keep and produce
  • Not an aggregator. We do not send you clients; we make the ones you win worth keeping

On the roadmap

  • Courier labels for forwarded mail. Forwarding works today; you buy the label and the markup lands on the invoice
  • Accounting sync. Invoices are PDFs and exports today, not a QuickBooks feed
  • Door hardware. Today it is door codes on the record, revoked when the plan ends
  • Per-site reporting and per-site staff permissions for groups. Reports and roles are organization-wide today

Planned means planned, not shipped.

What it replaces

The stack a business centre stitches together today.

Most centres run mail through an aggregator, rooms through a booking tool, and invoices by hand. Each one is fine on its own. None of them knows about the others.
