Most platforms in this category meter members and take a cut of tickets, drop-ins or external bookings. The only Tenvia fees are on ViaMeet, and only on business ViaMeet brought you.

Pricing questions, answered directly.
How is Tenvia Coworks priced?
Per location, per month, on three tiers in Canadian dollars: Starter $95, Growth $175, Scale $395. Every feature is on every tier. The tier sets the member cap: 30, 150, then 500. Staff users are unlimited on every tier.
What is the difference between the tiers?
Only the member cap. Starter covers up to 30 active members, Growth up to 150, and Scale up to 500. Nothing else changes: virtual mail, events, booking embeds, the generated website, multi-location and priority support are all included on every tier.
What happens if I run more than one location?
Each location is a unit on the same subscription, billed at your tier price. Adding a location changes the bill the same day, prorated.
What counts as a location?
A physical site you operate. A single building with several floors is one location; two buildings are two.
What counts as a member?
Anyone holding an active plan with you, whether that is a desk or office membership or a virtual mailbox. An active member is an active member either way. Contacts, leads, event attendees, room guests and day-pass buyers are not counted, and staff are never counted.
Do you charge a fee on bookings, tickets or mail?
No. Direct bookings, tickets, memberships, mailbox plans and mail actions carry only your payment processor's fee. The only Tenvia fees are on the ViaMeet marketplace: 5% on a room booking that came through ViaMeet and 3% on a ticket sold through ViaMeet, taken from the operator's side and never on direct business.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. A 12-month contract billed monthly takes 10% off. Paying 12 months up front takes 15% off. Month to month is the default.
Is there a free trial?
No. Pick a plan and start right away. Monthly plans run month to month, so you can cancel any time.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee is charged on the published rates. Onboarding help getting your rooms, plans and mailboxes in is included.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is exportable. Ending a subscription does not forfeit access to your own records.
