For coworking spaces

Built for one person to run.

Twenty to eighty members, one site, and the owner is also the community manager, the front desk and the billing department. Tenvia Coworks puts the memberships, the rooms, the door codes and the invoices on one screen, at one price per location, with no per-member surprises.

$95 CAD per month up to 30 members, $175 up to 150. Unlimited staff. No fee on what you sell.

No per-member surprises

A busy week should not raise next month’s bill.

Most platforms in this category meter active users, so a workshop that brings forty visitors through the door counts against you thirty days later. Here the tier sets a member cap counted on the people who hold a plan with you, a desk or a mailbox. Day passes, drop-ins, room guests, event attendees and mailbox-only clients never do.

  • Starter covers 30 active members, Growth 150, Scale unlimited
  • Every feature on every tier, nothing held back for an upgrade
  • Unlimited staff, so the member who covers the desk on Fridays signs in for nothing
  • 0% on day passes, bookings and tickets you sell direct

“If I run a workshop and 40 visitors book a day-pass, my bill jumps the next month.”

A coworking operator on a per-active-user platform, as relayed by OhMyDesk.

The day

Five things that happen in a coworking space, and where each one lands.

Every one of them ends up on the same member record, so the month adds itself up.

A new member signs up

They pick a plan on your website, put a card on file and the membership starts. The door code and the printer code go on the record the same minute.

A drop-in buys a day pass

They pay from the public booking page, get the door code before they arrive, and never count as a member.

The boardroom gets booked

A member books it from the portal against their allowance or their credits. Over the allowance, the hours land on the next invoice.

A member hosts an event

They book the room, describe the event, set a ticket price. The registration page and the QR check-in are theirs; the room charge is yours.

The month closes

Memberships renew on the cards on file. Overages, day passes and room hours are already on the invoices. Receipts post to the portal. Failed cards get a reminder without you writing one.

What it does for you

The whole space on one record, in the order it happens.

Memberships that bill themselves

  • Membership levels with recurring monthly billing
  • Allowance plans: prepaid hours or days, rollover, monthly reset
  • Credit wallets with packages and auto top-up
  • Several cards on file per member, one per subscription if they like
  • Invoices, receipts and credit notes as PDFs on your letterhead

Day passes and drop-ins, never metered

  • Full-day and hourly rates on any desk or room
  • Public booking page and embeds for your own site
  • Holds, quotes and approvals when you want a look first
  • Printable QR check-in cards for each space
  • Day passes, guests and attendees never count toward the member cap

Access on the record

  • Door code per location, sent to the member before a booking
  • Printer code per member on the record
  • Both go when the membership ends
  • No proprietary hardware to buy or be locked into

The community, without a second tool

  • Announcements to everyone or to a tag
  • Support tickets from members, answered from the same screen
  • Documents store and a notification bell in the portal
  • Segmented messaging with consent tracked

Member-hosted events

  • Members book a room and describe the event in one flow
  • Ticket types, coupons, registration questions
  • QR tickets and door check-in with a live count
  • Payout to the host 24 hours after the event

Your website, generated

  • Memberships, spaces, events and news pulled from the system
  • Your copy and your photos, each page on or off
  • Your own domain, certificate handled
  • Or embeds into the site you already have

Straight answer

What it does not do.

You will ask in the first demo anyway, so here it is now.

Not our lane

  • No native member mobile app. The member portal is a web app: it works in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen, but there is nothing in the app stores
  • No admin mobile app. The operator console is a web app too. It runs in a browser on a phone; it is designed for a desk

On the roadmap

  • Accounting sync. Invoices are PDFs and exports today, not a QuickBooks feed
  • Door hardware. Today it is door codes on the record; no reader, no lock integration
  • Courier labels for forwarded mail, if you run a mailbox

Planned means planned, not shipped.

What it replaces

The platform, the app fee and the bits bolted on.

The mid-market platforms converge on $185 to $350 US a month before the white-label app, the events tool and the transaction fees. A 40-member space plausibly pays $800 to $950 CAD a month across the stack before card processing.
