Bookable from your website, billed from the record.
Rooms, desks and resources with the rates you actually charge, live availability on your own site, and a booking that walks from hold to check-in to settlement without anyone re-typing it. Plus a website generated from the same data, on your own domain.
The calendar tool does not know who the member is.
A booking tool books. It does not know that the person booking the boardroom has four hours left on their plan this month, that their company gets the member rate, that the room has a door code, or that the two hours they overran should go on the invoice. So the front desk knows it instead, and does the arithmetic by hand at month end. Tenvia Coworks puts the booking on the same record as the membership, so the price, the allowance, the access and the invoice line all come from one place.
From a slot on your website to a line on the invoice.
Rate cards
Hourly, 4-hour block, full day and flat, set per resource, so the boardroom and the phone booth are not priced the same way.
Availability
Opening hours per location and rules per resource decide what the booking page and the embeds show as free.
Hold and pay
The slot is held while the person pays in a two-step modal, on your page, with the card details staying with Stripe.
Quote or approve
For the rooms you want to look at first, a request comes in as a quote or an approval; you accept, adjust or decline.
Check in and use
A QR card on the room's door checks the booking in. It moves to in use. The door code was shown to the member 30 minutes before.
Review and settle
An overrun or an add-on goes to usage review. Settlement charges the card on file or adds the line to the next invoice. Every transition is on the booking's audit trail.
Today's bookings, and what each one needs from you.
Who has the room, what rate they are on, whether they are in yet, and which quote is waiting for a decision. A member on a prepaid plan draws down hours; a guest from the website pays the flat rate.
- Resources with a class, capacity, photos and room layouts
- Amenities and parking add-ons, with overrides per location or per space
- A calendar (ICS) file on every booking
- Members can also book on the move: a day pass or a room at another operator on ViaMeet, from the same portal
Six embeds for the website you already have.
Each one is a snippet you paste into any page. It shows your live data and takes payment on your page.
Services
Your memberships, plans and services with prices, ready to buy.
Booking
Every bookable room, desk and resource with live availability and your rate cards.
Single resource
One room on its own page: the boardroom on the boardroom page.
Events
Upcoming events with registration, so the ticket sale stays on your site.
Credits
Credit packages for sale, topping up the member's wallet.
Mailbox
Mailbox plans and the application form, for the virtual office page.
A public booking page is there without any embed at all, on your subdomain or your custom domain, for the operator who has no website yet or wants a link to send.
A website built from what is already in the system.
Your locations, rooms with photos and prices, membership plans, mailbox plans, events and news become a multi-page site. You write the copy and pick the photos; the prices and availability are already right because they come from the same records.
- Pages: home, locations, spaces, memberships, services, events, about, news, contact, terms, privacy
- Each page can be switched on or off
- An editor for copy, hero photos, services, FAQs and social links
- News posts for announcements and updates
- Preview on your subdomain; publish when you are ready
- Your custom domain, with the DNS check, the certificate and its renewal handled for you
Check-in cards, a front-desk poster and a door code that arrives on time.
Printable QR check-in cards
- One card per space, printed from the app and stuck by the door
- The member scans it with a phone to check in
- A 30-minute scan window either side of the booking start
Front-desk poster
- One poster for walk-ins and day-pass guests
- Same scan, same check-in, no front-desk typing
Door code
- A door code per location
- Shown to the member 30 minutes before the booking starts, not a day early
- Not access cards or fobs. There is no hardware integration today; it is on the roadmap.
The booking tool, the website builder and the marketplace.
A booking tool priced for North America, a site builder to put it on, and a marketplace for the guests you cannot reach. Three bills, none of which know the member.
| Doing it this way | What you get | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Skedda | Room booking only; no CRM, memberships, mail or ticketing; extra admins charged | $249–349 / mo on US and Canada pricing, plus $99 / mo per extra admin |
| Squarespace | A website you keep in sync with your price list by hand | ~C$35 / mo |
| Calendly | Appointment slots; no rates, no member pricing, no invoice | Per user per month |
| Peerspace | Outside guests for the event hall, and a ban if they book you direct next time | 20% host fee plus a 10–15% guest fee |
| Tenvia Coworks | Bookings, six embeds, a public booking page, a generated website on your domain, and ViaMeet for outside guests at 5%, only on what ViaMeet brought you | Included on every tier |

What this is not.
Not this
- Not a drag-and-drop page builder. The website is generated from your data; you edit copy, photos, FAQs and posts, not layouts.
- Not door hardware. Door codes and printer codes are on the record; there is no lock or card integration today.
- Not a marketplace on its own. Outside guests come through ViaMeet, per room, if you opt in.
- Door hardware integrations are on the roadmap.
But this, yes
- Hourly, 4-hour block, full day and flat rates per resource
- Availability rules, opening hours, slot holds, quotes and approvals
- Check-in, in use, usage review, settlement, with an audit trail
- Six embed types and a public booking page
- A generated website on your custom domain with automatic certificates
- QR check-in cards, a front-desk poster, and the door code 30 minutes before
The booking lands on the invoice described on the billing page. Selling the room with tickets? See events.
